All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the issue

International Customs & Duties
